Your appointment time is reserved just for you.

This Cancellation Policy outlines how appointment changes, cancellations, and no‑shows are handled at The MIST Wellness. By booking a service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Appointment Changes & Cancellations

We understand that schedules can change. To respect the time reserved for you and for our providers:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
  • Changes made within 24 hours may incur a late‑cancellation fee.
  • Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

This policy applies to in‑office and in‑home concierge appointments.

2. No‑Show Policy

A “no‑show” occurs when a client does not arrive for a scheduled appointment and does not notify us.

  • No‑shows may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service.
  • After two no‑shows, future appointments may require full prepayment.

3. In‑Home / Mobile Service Cancellations

Because mobile visits require dedicated travel time and preparation:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur both the late‑cancellation fee and any applicable travel fees.
  • If the provider arrives and the environment is unsafe, inaccessible, or the client is unavailable, the visit is considered a no‑show.

4. Late Arrivals

To keep appointments running smoothly:

  • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
  • If rescheduling is required due to lateness, it may be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Refunds

Because our services are elective and time‑based:

  • All completed services are non‑refundable.
  • Prepaid services, packages, and memberships follow their own terms and may not be refundable once purchased.

6. Weather, Emergencies & Provider Delays

If we must reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or provider emergencies:

  • You will not be charged any cancellation fees.
  • We will offer the next available appointment time.

7. How to Cancel or Reschedule

You may cancel or reschedule through:

  • Our online booking platform
  • Text or phone call
  • Email

Cancellations are effective once confirmed by our team.
