Terms of Service

The MIST Wellness

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by The MIST Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

The MIST Wellness provides elective wellness and aesthetic services, which may include:

  • IV hydration and vitamin infusion therapy
  • Aesthetic treatments and skin rejuvenation
  • Weight management support
  • Hair restoration services
  • Wellness consultations
  • In‑office and in‑home concierge services

All services are delivered by qualified providers operating within their professional scope of practice. Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian present)
  • Complete all required intake forms honestly and accurately
  • Disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and relevant history
  • Follow all pre‑ and post‑treatment instructions

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if they are not safe or appropriate.

3. In‑Home Service Requirements

For mobile appointments, you agree to provide a safe, clean, and accessible environment. Providers may decline or discontinue a visit if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. Travel fees may apply based on location.

4. No Medical Advice

Information provided during consultations, on our website, or through our staff is for wellness and educational purposes only. It does not replace medical advice from your licensed healthcare provider. Always consult your physician regarding medical conditions or concerns.

5. Risks and Consent

All wellness and aesthetic services carry potential risks. By receiving services, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed and signed all required consent forms
  • You understand the benefits, risks, and alternatives
  • Results vary and are not guaranteed
  • You may be referred to a medical provider if concerns arise

6. Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

Should you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no-show your appointment, you are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.  Because services are elective and time‑based, all completed services are non‑refundable.  Packages, memberships, and promotions are subject to their own terms.

7. Scheduling & Availability

Appointment times are not guaranteed until confirmed. We may adjust or reschedule appointments due to provider availability, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

9. Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful environment for clients and staff. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The MIST Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.  You assume responsibility for providing accurate health information and following care instructions.  Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

11. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
